"Sweet dreams are made of these,
Who am I to disagree?
I've traveled the world and seven seas . . .
EVERYBODY'S looking for SOMETHING . . .
Some of them want to use you.
Some of them want to be used by you.
Some of them want to abuse you.
Some of them want to be abused . . . "
Marilyn Manson wails on.
"Man," says The Boy. "This song is really haunted."
"Haunted?"
"Yeah, it sounds like he is a Zombie. Did he come from a grave?"
"No. Florida."
** pause **
"Was it a grave in Florida?"

Leave it to a child...
actually, marilyn manson only covered it. the original was recorded by the eurythmics with annie lennox
Thank you, Mark.
I'm old -- not only do I remember it, but I have the album.
I also have the Manson album with the cover.
I certainly did not mean to dis Annie Lennox. However, in this particular context, Marilyn Manson wailed on. Rock station and all that -- we have tried to listen to Radio Disney but The Boy doesn't care for their particular assortment of souless pop.
