Somebody Knows Who Rents the Wolves . . .

"So I'll need approximately $40 billion in students loans. Are you prepared for that?"

"We already know the Department of Education will accept money in small, unmarked bills left under a rock every month. Eventually. What's the problem?"

"That's because the Republicans are in power."

"Huh?"

"You've never noticed? When the Democrats are in power, everybody gets prosecuted for unpaid student loans. It's the first thing they look at when they start looking around for money to spend."
